Serge Normant’s latest portfolio—an American Salon exclusive—is proof-positive why he continues to be the mane man for Hollywood A-Listers and discriminating clients. Just ask longtime clients Julia Roberts and Sarah Jessica Parker. “For me, it’s all about making the hair look accessible, easy to do and inspirational,” says Normant, who created these looks for the launch of Meta Blonde Reviving Shampoo and Conditioner, the newest additions to his namesake haircare line available in salons and on his website. “My idea for the shoot was to treat it as if a client had come into my salon and wanted to have a variety of looks with a certain versatility,” says the master of classic French hairdressing. “I’ve never been big on trends; I’ve always loved working and being inspired by someone’s personality and individuality.
