LEFT: To create these Rita Hayworth-inspired curls, Ronnie Stam prepped the hair with Oribe Hair Care Foundation Mist, then created a pin curl set using Crème for Style. After putting the model under a dryer for 15 minutes, Stam brushed out the pin curls for a softer wave.
